Tips for a Philippine ID picture

Use a plain white background and even light. Shadows behind the head are a common reason for rejection.
Show a bare face with both ears visible, eyes open, looking straight at the camera with a neutral expression.
Wear decent attire with a collar for PRC, and leave room under your chin if you add the name tag strip.
Take the picture within the period the agency states: 6 months for PRC uploads, 3 months for CSC filing.
Use a studio-quality or window-lit portrait, not a selfie. Close-up from shoulder level up works best.

What is the PRC ID picture size?

Does PRC require a name tag?

What is the Civil Service exam photo size?

Can I type the name tag on the CSC photo?

No. The CSC announcement asks for a handwritten, not computer-generated, name tag with your signature over your printed full name, so the CSC preset adds no strip.

Is there an online upload for the Civil Service Commission?
